At Pretty hush hush, your order is very important to us and we take all necessary steps to ensure the order is handled with proper packaging, shipping and care. We want to ensure that when you receive your order it will come exactly as show on the display pictures and meets your needs and most of all that you are satisfied with your great purchase of our clothes, hats and jewellery. We use proper packaging to safely ship the product to you. All products are shipped with in 1-7 days after the order has been submitted and payment has been confirmed. You can use order tracking to track your order transit delivery.

Free Delivery - We offer free delivery on any items over $180 in your shopping cart.
Standard Delivery - We offer standard delivery methods either through:1-7 Business Day. Express Delivery - We offer express delivery through:1-3 Business Day Xpressport.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All regular priced unworn merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days of confirmation of your order. Shipping costs are not refundable, refund only include item price and tax. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Please retain your tracking number. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. All returns will be inspected before refund is issued. Sorry no exchanges due to limited quantities. All sale/discounted items are final.
To Receive RA # please contact us with Subject: RA# request, and we will guide you the rest of the way.
